Who we are
About Us
Earn in Spain is a new initiative from SpainLife and Houses, a real estate agency based in Jávea, Spain.
We believe anyone can benefit from a good connection, whatever their profession or background.
If a friend, neighbour or colleague is thinking about buying or selling a property in Spain, introduce them to us. Our team will guide them through the entire process, and you can earn up to 20% of our agency commission when the purchase or sale is completed.
We’re growing our property portfolio and looking ahead to new opportunities in Murcia, Almería, the Costa del Sol and the Costa Brava. If you know someone in these areas who may be ready to sell, we’d love to hear from you.

We offer a straightforward way to collaborate, giving anyone the opportunity to earn a share of the agency commission.
01 · Property scout
For example, you know someone who plans to sell their house soon. Introduce the owner to us, and they list the property with our agency. We’ll handle the sale.
If the house sells for €500,000, you earn 10% of our agency commission — €2,500*.
* This example assumes an agency commission of 5% of the sale price.
02 · Private referral
For example, you know a colleague or neighbour who is looking to buy a property in Spain. Introduce them to us, and we’ll get in touch, help them find the right property and guide them through the purchase.
When they buy a property through us, you earn 20% of our agency commission.
If they buy an apartment for €350,000, you could earn €3,500*.
* This example assumes an agency commission of 5% of the property price. Your share is 20% of that commission.
